We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, our return window is 30 days from the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked “final sale” at checkout.
• Gift cards.
• Products that have been used, assembled, or show signs of wear beyond inspection.

How to Start a Return

Email main@jamastudiosllc.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or model? Let us know when you request your return and we’ll ship the replacement as soon as the original item is on its way back to us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you – no return shipping required in most cases.
