Processing Time

Orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on all orders of $150 or more.
• Flat-rate shipping of $7.95 on orders under $150.
• Exact carrier and rate shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2-7 business days depending on your location. Larger items (such as office chairs or standing desk converters) may take slightly longer due to freight handling.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check order status anytime from your account page.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes (select carriers only). Reach out to us if you need shipping outside the U.S. and we’ll see what we can do.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact us at main@jamastudiosllc.com and we’ll work with the carrier – or send a replacement – to make it right.
